Achieving More Together: The LANG Technology Network Launches

Modern CNC manufacturing is the result of the interplay of many technologies. Machine tools, cutting tools, clamping technology, automation, and software must be suited to the specific manufacturing task and work well together. With the LANG Technology Network, LANG Technik therefore brings together selected technology partners from various fields. At launch, the partner network includes 14 renowned premium manufacturers from the CNC industry.

When Technologies Work Together

Today, virtually no manufacturing process can be viewed in isolation. This is exactly where the LANG Technology Network comes in: It brings together specialized companies from key areas of CNC manufacturing and broadens the perspective beyond individual process steps.

The collaboration did not begin with the founding of the network. There are already technical overlaps, joint applications, and projects—as well as, in many cases, long-standing relationships—with the participating companies. The Technology Network now provides a common framework for these connections and lays the foundation for further intensifying this exchange.

Expertise that connects

What matters is not the number of participating companies, but the expertise that each partner brings to the table. Together, they cover a broad technological spectrum—from machine tools and cutting tools to software and measurement technology, as well as other technologies along the manufacturing process.

The collaboration is intentionally designed to be practical. Joint projects and applications, experience from manufacturing, and the exchange of technical expertise generate knowledge that extends beyond individual products. This allows technologies to be integrated where it makes sense for the specific manufacturing task. What matters most is what actually advances the process.

Participants include:
ALESA, Blaser Swisslube, Blum-Novotest, FEHLMANN, Häberle, HAM, ISCAR, OPEN MIND, OSG, pL LEHMANN, REGO-FIX, TOPSOLID, YG-1, ZECHA

Added Value for CNC Manufacturing

Which technologies are best suited for a specific task? And what insights from comparable applications can be leveraged? The LANG Technology Network brings together expertise from various specialized fields to address these questions. Users benefit from practical experience, can better understand the interrelationships within their manufacturing processes, and select relevant technologies more effectively. At the same time, they gain direct access to specialists—both for new manufacturing tasks and for the further development of existing processes.

Countdown to AMB 2026

With the AMB in Stuttgart coming up in September, one of the most important gathering places for the international metalworking industry is just around the corner. For LANG Technik, the trade show is therefore the perfect opportunity to present the LANG Technology Network as a unified entity for the first time.

The network is set to be further developed beyond the trade show, and collaboration among the participating companies will be intensified. The goal: to combine expertise, learn from one another, and provide users with new ideas for their CNC manufacturing.
