The roots of the partnership date back to the former Hans Esslinger GmbH, which supplied drill rods and gouges for LANG’s Spin-Fix spindle-extraction tool even before it was acquired by OSG. Over the years, this early collaboration has evolved into a close partnership.

OSG tools have made our manufacturing processes significantly more stable, especially when machining difficult-to-machine materials. For titanium components, we were able to increase the service life of the milling cutter from 150 to 600 minutes, enabling us for the first time to produce reliably with minimal or no staff, even through the night or on weekends. At the same time, machining runs more smoothly, scrap due to wear or tool breakage has been reduced, and the finish quality has improved. The long tool life, the ability to regrind the tools, and the wide range of tools available make OSG a strong partner for us, also from an economic standpoint.
