Complete machining in a single setup LANG's compact clamping system provides excellent accessibility during 5-axis machining. With ALESA's sawing and cutting tools, finished parts can then be cut directly from the raw material—without the need for re-clamping or additional machining steps.
Using Raw Materials Efficiently The shallow clamping depth achieved with positive-lock clamping in the LANG 5-axis vise and narrow ALESA sawing tools starting at 0.5 mm reduce material consumption during clamping and cutting. This is particularly beneficial when working with high-quality and costly materials.
