One result of this close collaboration has been the integration of LANG clamping technology at the YG-1 Technology Center in Oberkochen, where it is used in the development and optimization of practical machining concepts. YG-1 also relies on clamping solutions from LANG Technik in its own production facilities.

At the heart of this collaboration is a joint analysis of the tool, workpiece clamping, and machining process. YG-1’s expertise in tools and processes combines with LANG’s clamping technology, enabling key variables to be coordinated right from the design phase of machining concepts. At the YG-1 Technology Center, these concepts can be put into practice under real production conditions and specifically optimized.
