The Makro•Grip® Aero is the intelligent solution for automated parts handling. Unlike the previous automation systems from LANG Technik, the vise stays within the machine tool and an industrial robot takes over the insertion and removal of the workpieces. The compact base body of the system can be controlled flexibly: either via an integrated pneumatic interface of the machine tool or via connected pneumatic hoses, which take over the opening and closing of the mounted clamping jaws. Three different types of clamping jaws are available for maximum precision in every machining phase - from raw part machining to precise finished part machining. All variants clamp the component centrically, ensuring repeat accuracy and process reliability.
