With its dual stamping unit, consisting of a grooved t-slot plate and 2 stamping vises, the Makro•Grip® FS series offers optimized handling and even more flexibility in use. The design of the stamping trolley even allows a third stamping vise to be added if required. By default, the dual stamping unit comes with the long base body up to a stamping width of 410 mm; however, the shorter version for workpieces up to a maximum length of 260 mm can also be mounted on the t-slot plate. The necessary stamping pressure is provided by a pneumatic-hydraulic power multiplier inside the trolley, which can be used to pre-stamp workpiece blanks with up to 20 tons of pressure. A new arrangement of important elements, such as the foot pedal or the pressure control valve, makes operation extremely convenient and comfortable for the user. The High-End stamping jaws - equipped with new full serration - can pre-stamp materials up to a maximum of 45 HRC.
